I remember Dave telling me after I got the PDE position that I would spend the next two years sat by nelly learning the job. Two days later we were both on a flight to Israel. I had many working trips abroad the Dave and loved every one of them. A great guy to be around and a true gentleman. Not a bad badminton player either.
